I introduce a phenomenal teacher in East Oakland and her blog as a 3rd grade teacher. With 8 years experience, she's the most senior in the school. They've had a different principal every year she's been there.
Sorry she's not on a SixApart blog, but I suspect people here will feel that's not as important as the work she's doing by blogging.
